Anthony Lionel Pittaway

Anthony Lionel Pittaway has been painting the African bush veldt since childhood. He was born in Zimbabwe (formerly Southern Rhodesia) and growing up there established his deep love for nature and wild animals. He has been a keen supporter of wildlife conservation foundations ever since. His work is exhibited in various well-known locations worldwide including the Miami Metro Zoo where his painting of the rare white tiger can be seen.
Anthony’s versatile style, encompassing as it does not just depictions of wildlife but also landscapes, portraiture, seascapes and nudes offers a world of vibrant color and international appeal.

Theodora Mallosis Pittaway

Theodora Mallosis Pittaway is the youngest of the three daughters of Iraklis Mallosis. Observing her father paint landscapes, coupled with living in Africa from an early age for nigh on 40 years, helped foster her interest in capturing nature in its rawest in her paintings.

She attended the Cape Town College of Art and Design majoring in Graphic Art. Her multifaceted artistic talent is demonstrated in her oil landscapes, exquisitely delicate flower water colours, portraits and at times whimsical style.

Sky Vega

Sky Vega is the youngest of four siblings. Her parents, Anthony and Theodora Pittaway became aware of her creative leanings from her earliest years.

She graduated from the South African School of Art, Dance, Drama and Music, where she studied on an art scholarship. She moved to Greece for a time to study computer graphic animation and multimedia at the AKTO college of Art and Design in Athens (a college affiliated to Middlesex University, London) and also studied music at the Daphni Odeo of Music. She then relocated to New York where she studied Special FX Makeup at the School of Visual Arts.

Sky is a young woman possessed of a multilayered creative talent, working as she does in entertainment as well as in the visual arts. She held one of her first solo painting exhibitions at the Pensioners Society of Greece at the age of 19 and went on to exhibit several venues in Florida. Among other media, the Ecology channel on Greek TV has featured Sky and her artwork of signature abstracts, figure studies and collages.

Manya Wright

Manya Wright is the elder sister of Theodora Pittaway. She lives in the tranquility of picturesque Cornwall, England. 

Her paintings often depict female forms but she also produces landscapes and seascapes but not such as might be found in nature.

Her style could be described as semi-abstract symbolism incorporating elements of fantasy. She works in oils.

Iraklis Mallosis

Greek author, poet, playwright and artist, Iraklis Mallosis was a founding member of the Greek Literary Association. 

He spent several years in East and South Africa where as well as painting in oils he specialized in the depiction of African tribal figures on scraperboard to which he applied color, employing a process he developed himself and which he kept secret. 

His works are in private collections in Europe, America and Africa as well as in the possession of his daughters.
